The Weekly Review
November 1st, 2025
In this edition, I’m sharing what currently has my focus. This can include product launches, insights from another creator, or interesting videos and books I’ve read. These are the methods and tools I’m using to grow my brand and coach others on their businesses.
“It took me four years to paint like Raphael, but a lifetime to paint like a child”. - Pablo Picasso
The above quote is so ridiculously powerful. How many of us spend 4 years in college or going through high school to do what others have done and teach it in their way?
Then there are some of us who take those teaching and try to build something new
What Has My Focus (why it should have yours)
Are you building in intentionality into your day through presence.
This probably wont be the first or last time you hear someone talk about presence.
I consider myself someone who is a habitual multitasker. I try to always have multiple things going on and not forgetting the next thing to do.
I rarely stop and smell the roses. Mostly because I want to execute.
True execution is actually sitting and being present without anything else occupying your mind and the next big thing in your face.
This is such a prevalent topic that there are thousands of books on the topic (Amazon its showing over 200k around the topic: present book).
So everyone is dealing with this at some level.
I find that true presence requires a few things for me:
Generally I need the list out of my head. I have about 100 to-dos or things I think about and new items hit my brain every minute.
The symptom of the above is I need to accomplish some critical task. I’m guilty of avoiding the hard or the things I dont want to do, but know I need to. The minute those are off my plate or delegated, I’m better.
Then I have to really take in my surroundings and remind myself that its all covered and I’m not in a rush to do the next thing. This is where intentionality and trusting your system comes in to play.
Hopefully you can find more time to be present for yourself and for others.
Enjoy the week ahead!
What I’m Reading/Listening to/Watching
I found what I consider an incredible resource. My First Million is a podcast run by Shaan Puri and Sam Parr. They typically have guests who have more obvious than not made their first million and made it to that inflection point.
This fan-made site takes all of the information from the show and puts it into an easily searchable database on the various businesses and ideas shared from each of their guests.
I ended up finding it while doing research on Rob Dyrdek a few weeks back and left it open to find even more interesting points and data.
P.S.
I’m debating taking on a handful of people through 5 free sessions over the course of 5 weeks.
The goal is help you gain clarity on what you’re building and hopefully have a game plan through the rest of the year.
At the end we can see if its a fit to work together long term.
If you’re interested, then reply with “I’m interested”.
I will only take on 5 people who are serious about this and following up on doing the work.
If thats you, then lets get started.
Its first come first serve.

Thanks Ryan. A lovely post and a cracking quote from Picasso as well. For me this also reminds me how easy we forget to 'play' as adults and yet how powerful that can be when we decide to remember.
