The holidays feel different when someone’s missing. Even with all the chaos of wrapping gifts, the moments with family hit deeper.

How are you leaning into presence this season, even with grief in the mix?

Great question - leaning in to emotions when they come up, but also gratitude for the family and friends we’re fortunate to still have around us. My mom’s passing was necessarily the smoothest journey, but she’s at peace now, which is all we can ask for.

Simply grabbing my wife and kids and enjoying the smiles and warmth is the best medicine.
